• Use of these images or copyrighted logos/artwork by you or other third parties for purposes other than placing an order with tecnocraftcomposites.com, or using this site as a shopping resource is strictly prohibited and may violate the copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy laws and other laws and regulations.
• Nothing contained on this site may be construed as granting any license or right to use any of our trademarks or service marks without our prior written consent.

Typographical Errors

• In the event of an incorrect price listed on tecnocraftcomposites.com due to typographical error, tecnocraftcomposites.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
• tecnocraftcomposites.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Department of Transportation's Law

• All modifications, except those that are exempt, have been designed and are intended for off-road use only.
• These components are legal in California for racing vehicles only, which may never be used in City streets or Public highways.
• Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways.
• Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle.
• User/Buyer assumes all costs and risks associated with any aftermarket parts.
• It is the User/Buyer's responsibility to know their local City and State Laws.

Placing an Order

• All orders placed with tecnocraftcomposites.com, either by phone, fax, mail or online constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on tecnocraftcomposites.com.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. For all Credit Card orders - WE ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD.
• Our merchant account(credit card co.) requires us to ship to the billing address only. We cannot ship to any other address other than the billing address associated with the card.
• THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
• If your Billing address is to a PO BOX, APO and FPO, these orders have to be PREPAID via PayPal.
• For International Orders - these orders have to be PREPAID via PayPal.
• International orders may be subject to Import Duty Fees that customers must pay and are responsible for prior to receiving their package. Tecnocraft Composites is not held liable for any additional charges regarding Import Fees. *In the event that the customer refuses delivery of the shipment, the customer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments. If the customer would like to return or exchange an item, they are responsible for the shipping costs to get the item returned to Tecnocraft Composites.
• Personal Checks are not accepted.
• All certified forms of payment must be made payable to: Tecnocraft Composites
• All prices, materials, design, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
• It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the application of all parts before installation.
• tecnocraftcomposites.com highly recommends that you always keep your stock parts for as long as you have your vehicle.

Shipping

• Tecnocraft is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when there is proof of delivery. 
• The billing and shipping address on the order must match.
• Tecnocraft reserves the right to switch shipping carriers without notice anytime. 

Cancelling an Order

• Any orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 10% cancelation fee.
• Provided the order has not ship, cancelling an order with tecnocraftcomposites.com is plain and simple. Call Tecnocraft Composites Customer Service and you will be provided with an Order Cancellation Number. tecnocraftcomposites.com ALWAYS PROVIDES THIS NUMBER, THEREFORE, KEEP THIS NUMBER HANDY FOR ANY DISPUTES. Without this number, your Order will be considered valid with Tecnocraft Composites and the Term and Conditions under "Returns & Exchanges" will apply.

Warranty

Tecnocraft Composites is only subject to manufacturers warranty and conditions. Tecnocraft Composites. gives no warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the parts was installed, modified, defect/damage was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling, which will be determined solely by Tecnocraft Composites.
• Tecnocraft Composites, Inc. is not liable for any damages, which are incurred directly, or indirectly on the vehicles or operators or passengers of the vehicles. This includes problems or damage arising from the correct or incorrect installation of any product we sell.
• There are no warranty on USED merchandise. These items are sold as is. if an item arrives damaged, Tecnocraft Composites will assist the customer in filing a claim with the shipping company. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery date. Claims made after that time will not be honored. there will be NO exceptions. Shipping/Freight company's return/claim policies superceeds Tecnocraft Composites's policy. In other words, if your claim is denied by the freight company, there isn't much else we can do for you.
• Customer will also be responsible for all shipping costs: the return to tecnocraftcomposites.com, the shipping to the manufacturer and the shipping back to the customer.
• No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling.
• No labor or inconvenience claim may be included in the warranty claims.
• Tecnocraft Composites highly recommends that you always keep your stock parts for as long as you have your vehicle. Therefore, Tecnocraft Composites is not responsible if your car is inoperable due to sending us the part for warranty claim.
• All return products must have a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION # (RMA#) issued by Tecnocraft Composites. Returns will be refused without an RMA number.
• There are no warranties either expressed, or implied, on transmission or any other attached components on the engine. If there are any complications or disputes, the customer has 7(seven) days from the original delivery date(time of arrival) to file a claim with Tecnocraft Composites. Claims filed after that date will be NOT be honored.
• Warranty issues regarding Tecnocraft Composites, Inc. part/products purchased through a dealer shall be made with the same dealer where the purchase was made. If the dealer is no longer in business, please give us a call.

Limit of Liability

• By purchasing product(s) from Tecnocraft Composites, Inc. you are agreeing to a limit of liability not to exceed the purchase price of the part/product.
• Labor costs incurred by the removal and replacement of a Tecnocraft Composites, Inc. product, while performing warranty work, will be the responsibility of the vehicle owner. In no case does the obligation of Tecnocraft Composites, Inc. exceed the original purchase price of the product as indicated on the original bill of sale. Warranty coverage applies only to the Tecnocraft Composites, product which shall be covered of the original vehicle it was installed upon, to the original purchaser.
• Except as set forth in this warranty, Tecnocraft Composites, Inc disclaims any implied warranty, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Tecnocraft Composites, Inc also disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to, repair labor, rental vehicles, hotel costs or any other inconvenience costs. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied, and shall not extend to any consumer or to any person other than the original purchaser residing within the boundaries of the continental U.S. or Canada.

Returns or Exchanges

• Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 7 Calendar days from receipt of merchandise.
• All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in it's original saleable packaging, All packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions and hardware MUST also be returned.
• Your Invoice and/or Packing Slip must also be returned.
• All returns must be sent Prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned parts for it's full value to protect yourself against loss with the carrier. We strongly recommend using UPS. If you send something Freight Collect to Tecnocraft Composites, it will be refused by the Receiving Department. If we did not refuse at the time of delivery, your credit card will be charge for the shipping charges based on which carrier and which service utilized.
• No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, or painted.
• No return or exchange on Light Bulbs, Electrical Items, Used merchandise, Used JDM items or Special Order items.
• No return or exchange on Wheels and Tires that were shipped mounted and balanced.
• All Returns after a 24 hour period are subject to a 25% Re-stocking fee.
• No refund on Shipping charges.
• All return products must have a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION # (RMA#) issued by Tecnocraft Composites. Returns will be refused without an RMA number.
• No return or exchange on special order items.

Validity of RMA#

• All return products must have a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION # (RMA#) issued by Tecnocraft Composites. Returns will be refused without an RMA number.
• The RMA is valid for only 30 Calendar Days from the date issued. Tecnocraft Composites needs to receive the product back within the 30 Calendar days; otherwise, you are subject to be billed for the item.

Damaged Shipments

• Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for package. Note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages.
• If you should receive parts damaged by the Shipping Carrier, you must call Tecnocraft Composites at (562) 477-8408 within 24 hours or claim can not be filed.
• KEEP all original packaging, including packing materials and original shipping carton.
• DO NOT return damaged items without prior approval.
• Tecnocraft Composites will call UPS to report the claim. UPS will issue a Damaged Call Tag and have the package returned to Tecnocraft Composites.

Shortages

• Please open your order immediately upon receipt. Check your invoice for backordered items. Backorder parts will come in a separate box. Inspect packing list with the products shipped.
• If shortages are found, please inspect box for split, crack or tears. Notify Tecnocraft Composites immediately.

Carbon Fiber Products

All Tecnocraft Composites and Password:JDM Dry Carbon/Kevlar products are hand crafted and as unique as a finger print, no two items will be exactly identical. Small imperfections such as wavy weaves, small bubbles and resin blemishes will be inevitable. Such minor imperfections are race industry standard and considered acceptable. Therefore it is NOT considered to be defective. 

 All Tecnocraft Composites and Password:JDM Dry Carbon/Kevlar products require professional installation. Minor adjustments might be necessary. This is part of the normal body work and installation process. Tecnocraft Composites has made all efforts to produce its aftermarket products to fit the original factory vehicles as closely as possible. However, some occasional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to his/her satisfaction before installation. If the buyer wishes to paint the products, he or she must pre-fit the parts to the vehicle before painting to ensure proper fit. There will be absolutely no returns on painted products.

We encrypt your order information to prevent decoding, and we use the most sophisticated security measures to ensure that your personal information is safe. All online orders will be confirmed by email or telephone. Credit Card orders will be shipped only to the credit card billing address. All online orders placed will be shipped in most cases the next business day. All customers wanting to cancel orders must do so before they ship. The customer placing any online order will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from their location if the placed order has shipped prior to cancellation. The customer placing online order will be responsible to all restocking charge for orders canceled post shipping.
