Shipping Damage Policy
Please inspect your package carefully before signing for delivery.

If there is visible damage, note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt before accepting the package.

If the package appears undamaged, open it immediately and inspect for any hidden damage.
Reporting Shipping Damage

If you receive damaged parts, you must contact Tecnocraft Composites at (562) 494-4990 within 24 hours. Claims cannot be filed after this period.

Keep all original packaging, including packing materials and the original shipping carton.

Do not return damaged items without prior approval.
Claim Process

Tecnocraft Composites will report the claim to shipping carrier: UPS, Fedex or USPS.

Carrier will issue a Damaged Call Tag and arrange for the return of the package.

Please note: The claim process is handled by the shipping carrier and may take time. Unfortunately, this process is beyond our control.
