Stage 3 of the ENVY™ intake system is a direct replacement of the factory airbox cover on E9X ///M3s. While we consider the factory intake box design made available by BMW to be sufficient, another necessary step in a complete ENVY™ intake system was development of an Enlarged Intake Cover without the many unnecessary points of intake turbulence while also increasing total airbox volume by 30%. Our Enlarged Intake Cover design carries charged air in greater volume from the Transition Chamber up and over the factory or BMC filter (optional) smoothly, hindering disruption from air filter structure as much as possible before reaching the ENVY™ ChargePipe. Factory fitment in a 100% Dry Carbon product was necessary to ensure hood scoop function remains available to the entire airbox as well.

The cooling system is a vital component of your FG 2006-2011 Civic's Coupes operation. The radiator needs constant airflow, with minimum turbulence, to be as efficient as possible. Unfortunately, gaps in the structure around the radiator allow air to escape, resulting in lost efficiency. We have designed the Password:JDM Dry Carbon Fiber Cooling Plate for the 06+ Honda Civic 2Dr Coupe to eliminate this problem. By preventing air to escape over the top of the radiator, these cooling plates allow a maximum amount of airflow directly to your radiator, resulting in reduced coolant temperatures during aggressive driving.

Not only will you gain cooling efficiency with the PWJDM radiator cooling plate, you will also clean up your cluttered engine bay. Unlike the other cooling plates out there, ours is super light, often more than twice as light as a clear coated carbon version

The Password:JDM Dry Carbon Fiber Gurney Flap / Wickerbill is a short lip that protrudes upward from the upper trailing edge of the Mazdaspeed3's factory spoiler. It’s used to enhance the wing’s down-force characteristics by separating the airflow on the back side of the wing, primarily that which comes over the top of the wing. The result creates a localized high-pressure zone on the top side of the wing generating down-force.

When used in conjunction with a functional front splitter and canards, you will be able to enhance the overall aerodynamic characteristics of your Mazdaspeed3.

Install in less than an hour, the PWJDM Intake system was designed in-house using the same intake design theories used in F1 and ALMS. The ratio of the RamAir scoop’s size and inlet tube’s dimension was calculated to be optimal without having to cut up a stock OEM hood for clearance. We can go on for days(blah blah blah) about how we went back and redid this or that… we would rather not because the end result is what it is… the PWJDM intake system is the best Intake System there is on the market. The ColdAirChamber section of the system was designed to shield the intake air away from the exhaust heat and other heat sources underneath your hood. Heat soak is very bad for intakes, and we kept that in mind when we sat down and penciled this one out. The PowerChamber by design has the largest reservoir of air after the filter. The complexities of molding a panel which is essentially carpet on top of cardboard without destroying it was not very fun. Nor was it easy, but here at Password:JDM, we were still able to get this completed with the processes that we have developed in house. All of this was done in less than a week. The agenda was to produce a piece that's adds volumes in terms of looks to GTR and keep everything very tasteful. I honestly say it was mission accomplished here at Password:JDM.

The Password:JDM Dry Carbon Fiber Gurney Flap / Wickerbill is a short lip that protrudes upward from the upper trailing edge of the 2008-2014 Subaru WRX Hatchback's factory spoiler. It’s used to enhance the wing’s down-force characteristics by separating the airflow on the back side of the wing, primarily that which comes over the top of the wing. The result creates a localized high-pressure zone on the top side of the wing generating down-force.
