By preventing air to escape over the top of the radiator, these cooling plates allow a maximum amount of airflow directly to your radiator, resulting in reduced coolant temperatures during aggressive driving. The Password:JDM Dry Carbon Canards for the 2012-2015 Honda Civic 2dr coupe will generate down-force on the front end to help stabilize your vehicle at high speeds. With the use of a functional front splitter, you can balance the amount of down-force required as per your setup and application per racetrack.

The Password:JDM Dry Carbon Fiber Gurney Flap / Wickerbill is a short lip that protrudes upward from the upper trailing edge of the FK8 Civic Type-R factory wing. It’s used to enhance the wing’s downforce characteristics by separating the airflow on the back side of the wing, primarily that which comes over the top of the wing. The result creates a localized high-pressure zone on the top side of the wing generating downforce.

When used in conjunction with a functional front splitter and canards, you will be able to enhance the overall aerodynamic characteristics of your FK8 Type-R.
