Password:JDM is proud to continue to offer world-class aerodynamic improvements for the Subaru BR-Z, Scion FR-S and Toyota GT86. Our latest addition to this field is the PWJDM Progressive Rear Deck Wing for the BRZ/FR-S/GT86 platform. We would rather call this a wing instead of a spoiler all because it performs very much like a race wing would, except its positioned off the rear edge of your trunk(boot) for increased cantilevered down-force.

This PWJDM Progressive Deck Wing was designed and built here in-house at PWJDM. There was quite a bit of forward thinking involved in the design and it has paid off very well given how beautiful and functional this wing turned out. With this BRZ/FR-S/GT86 platform being as good as it is, it would have been a real shame to just offer a whatever like everyone else and called it a day. What we came up with is truly original in all aspects including looks, functionality and durability. You will not find a better Wing/Spoiler offered for this car at any price point. With that being said, this is hands down, the Ultimate Deck Wing/Spoiler.

It has a built-in progressive airfoil coupled with an integrated Gurney Flap and aerodynamic integrated dry carbon fiber end plates which when combined by design will increase down-force as you increase vehicle velocity, stabilizing your car while keeping the rear end planted during high-speed maneuvers aiding in traction and potential increase in cornering speeds. It’s everything you want for an intake system and all for under a grand! The entire system only weighs 1.8kgs/3.9lbs(stock air box weighs 4.4kg/9.7lbs) making this the lightest and strongest carbon fiber intake system on the market. The ratio of the RamAir scoop’s size and inlet tube’s dimension was calculated to be optimal without having to cut up a stock OEM hood for clearance. When developing a true function-over-form product for the R35 GTR, sometimes the end-result happens to be extremely aesthetically pleasing as well! We had to put our thinking caps on when bringing a real “game changer” rear seat delete alternative to market… the premise for the design and build was to delete the rear seat and delete all the stuff required for the rear seats. this premise came about since we find the factory rear seats near useless by design. there was hardly any leg room, so why even bother. reducing as much weight as possible without making this car look bare and naked has been our agenda since day one. The PWJDM Rear Seat Delete project has followed this directive to a T.

To maintain and forever perpetuate the infamous PWJDM baller reputation, we definitely had to build them out of 100% dry carbon fiber and mold them to fit both the body and the car like a glove. Building upon the successes of the Tecnocraft ‘T1' racing seats (http://www.tecnocraft.com) from the premium side of Password Industries, Inc. We also kept in mind the interior “race bucket seat” theme and wanted a continuation of this effort for the rear seat deletes. what’s shown here is a true testament to PWJDM’s commitment to the platform as well as our abilities as a true tuner and developer of great products.

The first thing to notice would be the organic curvature of the rear seat delete, which provides structural strength and rigidity over just a simple flat design.
